Welcome to my Web Site

My name is Lee Anthony Phillips, as you will read in my opening paragraphs I have a dispute with the Family Court of Australia / Brisbane and now seeking redress to right this horrible wrong and gross injustice inflicted upon myself and the Phillips family. In defence of a divorce, custody and migration application to NZ including the children by Mrs Phillips, my civil and human rights were denied, culminating in an unlawful divorce and invalid Family Report prior to trial. You may ask 'why create a web site?' to which I have listed three main purposes below, which motivated me to inform the Australian public that they too can challenge incompetent and unlawful decisions of the court that contravene statutory duties and human rights, resulting in personal impact and losses, due to in my instance an unlawful divorce and subsequent dismantling of the Phillips family.  .

Purpose of this web Site

  • To attract legal professionals to mount litigation, seeking compensation for the injustices perpetrated against myself and Phillips family members.

  • To consider other individuals who may have experienced similar failures by this Court and be unaware of their rights and position.

  • To inform the Australian community about their rights in a no fault Court together with the obligations of the Family Court of Australia toward fellow families, applicants and defendants

What will you find on this site?

There are a number of pages on this web site that provide further evidence to support our allegations and to provide basic guidance to those affected individuals with similar court issues, to take steps to redress the these injustices.

Court incompetence, how far does it go?

As a self acting defendant  the Court Counselor failed to provide duty of disclosure documents (manner of service of process) to protect my civil rights as a husband, as father, and the rights of the Phillips children.See Breach 1, page 3, 'Case Overview - Short Summary'
